CANCELLATIONS: While we do understand that things come up we do ask you to notify us of a cancellation up to 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. This allows us to fill the spot with another guest who is waiting, and protects our stylists from loss of revenue. If an appointment is missed without notification a second time we will require a deposit to reserve future appointments. This deposit will be credited to your service at the end of your visit. However, this deposit is non-refundable in the event that you do not show up, or notify us before 24 hours. To make things as simple as possible for you, you may cancel an appointment through our app, through e-mail at, or by giving us a call at (484) 472-6320.

OTHER GUESTS: For safety reasons we do ask that you refrain from bringing children under the age of 12 who are not being serviced to your appointment. Also, when bringing an additional guest who is not being serviced please understand that we may not have appropriate seating for them during busy times. 

Please understand that these policies are put in place for the best interest of our guests and stylists. 

PARKING: The entrance to our building is right after the Wells Fargo, and before the red sign! There is parking behind the building, on the side, and 2 hour parking out front. We are located right next to the State Farm.

APPOINTMENTS: If you are not sure what services you may need to achieve your desired look please give us a call at (484) 472-6320 to ensure we have reserved enough time for you. In addition, if you are looking to get a major change, and you are booking online please specify that you may need extra time.
